I Tried Reverse Health Weight Loss Program – Here’s my Honest Reviews
Are the Reverse health customer reviews online a scam? Can you really lose weight by following the meal plans and guides in the app? Here’s a user review. In this review I share my experience using the Reverse Health app to lose weight.
Overview Of Reverse Health
Reverse health programs are plans that help people lose weight by changing their habits, like eating better and exercising. They focus on making healthy changes for the long term by using supplements. The 12week program provides meal plan for women over the age of 40 approaching menopause.
The features of Reverse health
- Personal Plans: Get plans just for you.
- Better Habits: Change bad habits to good ones.
- Useful Lessons: Learn about healthy choices.
My Experience Enrolling In The Reverse Health Program
I subscribed to Reverse Health to lose 15 pounds after reading reviews on Reddit which they claimed could be done in 12 weeks. I initially tried weight watchers, My weight loss is not on track to do that. But let me be honest, I have not increased my exercise to follow their recommendations. In general I walk my dog 40 minutes a day at a moderate pace, garden (because it is summer) and do housework.
The tracker page does not seem to have any real purpose and there is no feedback from the company (automated or personal) that is evaluating my input.
The menu plan remains problematic for me in the way it repeats every other day. I asked if this could be changed and was told that it was planned that way for shopping convenience. I can manually change each day’s meals
The meals themselves are really good and learning how to cook for 1 or 2 people (my household size) has helped me with portion control and leftovers.
Reverse Health Pros: What I Like About This Weight Loss Program
- The meal plan is great
- It had helped with me with portion size control
Cons:
- You will have to use the app
- It’s fully online
- The tracker is fancy and has no real purpose
Benefits
Reverse health programs help with weight loss by looking at the whole picture. They don’t just focus on food and exercise, but also on how you feel mentally and emotionally. It also improves your sleep, energy and overall being. This helps you lose weight and stay healthy in a better way.
How To Sign Up To Reverse.Health
The Reverse health program begins with a quiz that gathers information about your current weight, medical history, and lifestyle habits. You can do this on their online website shop.reverse.health or you can download their app. Based on this data, they create a personalized weight loss program for you. However, some concerns have been raised about the effectiveness of this approach, as a standardized questionnaire might not fully capture crucial details like metabolic health, stress levels, and lifestyle factors.
How Much Does It Cost
Reverse Health says it costs about $30 for 12 weeks ($2.65/week), but users ended up paying more because of extra offers. Some were charged $70 or more. They had trouble getting refunds, and customer service didn’t respond.
Is Reverse Health A Legit Brand?
Yes the program is legit however customer reviews on Trustpilot have reported terrible return polices. A user said
This lot are a joke! I took a subscription out in February last year and complained constantly because the app does not work with UK metric weights, and where there was a metric measurement, they combined it with cups!! Like WTH??? I paid 60.00 originally and bit the bullet and cancelled, but 18mths later they have taken 99.00 from my account with NO warning! Given I took this out in Feb 2023, why they taking money in Aug 23?? I have emailed, I am expecting a response soon and raised a dispute with my bank!
