How Much Is The Settlement
The defendants will deposit $1.95 million into a designated settlement fund. After deducting attorneys’ fees and expenses, incentive awards for the plaintiffs, as well as notification and administration costs, the remaining settlement funds will be used to compensate eligible class members who submit a valid claim.
Class members who are unable to provide proof of purchase will receive a maximum of $1.75 per household for a maximum of five qualifying products.
On the other hand, those who provide proof of purchase along with their claim will receive up to $3 per eligible product, including applicable taxes.
