Spot The Red Flags of Rintostore.com
Fake Business Address
On rintostore.com, buyers are fooled with two UK addresses. One, the alleged company address, and the other the storage address. Interestingly, the website’s registration details don’t show these addresses.
Further investigations showed that the storage address is being used by Canado.co.uk and Milento.co.uk. Two recently launched websites that have similar website design, layout and products with Rintostore.com. The three websites also use same Logo.
It’s certain the websites are operated by one person, whose aim is to con people, using different websites.
Customer Complaints
While Rintostore.com might look legit to an untrained eye, it is undoubtedly a fraudulent website. Multiple reviews on Scamwatcher.com bear tales of woes. Here are some –
I ordered a fridge freezer from them. They have taken the payment but the transaction description on my card statement was a bit sus as it said “service of planning London GB”. That and the fact they have not been in contact with a delivery date has brought me to this site. I have raised a dispute with my card company as I don’t anticipate hearing back from rintostore.com
My fridge was never delivered and no responses to any email or web portal attempted contact.
Fake courier site that you are given a tracking number for just goes round in circles.
Do not buy from this website. Got my money back from my credit card company.
No Refunds
Rintostore claims to offer a 30 days return guarantee. However its Legal pages, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy are generic content. The contents were copied online. That certainly proves that the store wouldn’t bide by the words.
Recently Launched Website
rintostore.com was registered on February 2024 and would expire February 2025. This proves it lacks reputation, and can be quickly gotten rid of.
No Customer Support
The contact information is an email which doesn’t really function. Mails sent to the address do not deliver, they bounce back with an alert ‘Delivery Failed’. [email protected] does not work, neither does [email protected] work
How The Scam Works
The website runs Ads on numerous platforms; Facebook, Instagram & TikTok promoting discounted items.
However, after placing order, customers do not receive the items or anything at all. The tracking does not work, and every effort to contact the store turns out futile.
The scammers behind Rintostore.com bait buyers with low prices on items, and immediately go silent after collecting payment.
Steps To Take For Possible Refunds
The only way to get a refund from this merchant is to do the following;
- Report the fraudulent transaction to your credit card issuer

- Include supporting documents, such as copies of a receipt, invoice, and any communications you had with the merchant.
- Anticipate that the dispute can last up to 90 days or two billing cycles, whichever is shorter.
