Mine actually came up when I was trying to register on the Fitbit app. It said it needed a card in case they bought any upgrades, and since they do offer premium and things like that, I understood and put my card number in, but I did notice that there was a check mark next to something that said I would be charged $5 or $7, something like that, so I unclicked it. The box was not checked, so when they put through the authorization, it was not done with any type of authorization since I had read the terms (I used to work in a field where I had to go over a lot of documents, and I read every single thing.). Plus, the amount they tried to charge was $49.95 when the box that I unchecked only mentioned a small amount. So I would not trust them at all even if they say they’re going to cancel, because I actually caught the fact that they were mentioning they could charge a subscription, unclick the box, and they still took it out.
