I cancelled the order soon I realised the real reviews on trustpilot and other trusted sites,but never got any reply or any response except received that junk piece of cheap trimmer.
I am reporting them to internet fraud agencies and also to Ncsc.gov.uk.
These should be booked for fraud with the authorities.
Please don’t get trapped for this crap of a product which is not what it is marketed.
All I can can say is don’t buy it! I wish I’d seen all the bad reviews before I wasted my money. If you want to try it you can get cheaper versions on Amazon that look exactly the same, cheap rubbish that doesn’t do what it’s intended to do and no chance of a refund. They offer a credit for other goods but what else do they sell??

It isn’t a scam perse, however it is not a unique product. This particular beeswax hair removal is available on Amazon, Aliexpress, etc. for even far cheaper price. The website buys it in bulk from China, then sell it for expensive price. Meanwhile the product itself does not remove hair effectively.
