After making payment on the website ‘smartshavy.com’, my order took five weeks to arrive. The late delivery was just a minor flaw compared to my experience with this hair eraser. First of all, there was no instruction or manual in the box. Also, instead of ‘Smart Shavy’, the name written on the hair eraser was something entirely different. Meanwhile the quality of the hair eraser itself is very flimsy, like a cheap toy.
When I used it on my beard, it couldn’t remove the hair smoothly, it left behind stubble. Meanwhile, the shaving was awful and almost wrecked my skin. It left my skin inflamed. When I chatted the customer care ‘Katy’ for refund, I was told they don’t grant refunds.
