Solnhof.com Review – 5 Reasons Why this Website is not Legit!
The website ‘solnhof.com’ otherwise known as Solnhof is selling tools, smart TV and furniture for as low as $99. Unfortunately, it is not a legit website. See the drawbacks of this website below –
Solnhof.com RedFlags
Suspicious Discount
Shermanus.com is selling unrelated products like riding mover, swing sets, Dewalt tools, etc. for UNBELIEVABLE PRICES!
The offers on the website look so tempting, especially the discount on all merchandize but that is one of the warning signs that shouldn’t be ignored. The biggest tip-off that a retail website is a scam is the very low price of items.
Fake Business Address
Solnhof.com has provided its physical location as ‘18989 ne marine dr. e70, portland, OR, 97230, US’ but this is a wrong address. Google map shows the address is that of a residential home, not an office or warehouse. Further investigations showed that there is no office, warehouse or building named ‘ Solnhof’ within the vicinity.
Should you worry about this? Absolutely! One of the traits of untrustworthy/fraudulent online stores is provision of fake address.
Poor Customer Support
The contact details for this website has a low score. The phone number ‘(209)456-2860’ is not available for calls. Customers can only contact the store using this email ‘[email protected]’ which surprisingly is linked to shady websites.
Whois Lookup
Solnhof.com was registered on June 2021, so it has only been working for few weeks. This makes it untrustworthy. Scammers often create new websites to steal people’s credit card information, personal information, etc.
No Security Measures
The website is protected with SSL encryption but there are no trusted seals vouching for its authenticity. The security badges from VISA, PayPal, STRIFE, and MasterCard are all fake. They are copied images with no link to the authorized page.
How Does Solnhof.com Really Work?
Solnhof.com is a fake website posing as a legit discount store. This discount serves as a bait to attract customers.
When customers shop from this website, they get debited but they don’t receive a confirmation email or email containing the tracking number.
The free shipping and free returns claim on the website is just a hoax as all efforts to contact the store is impossible.
These factors are enough to consider the website a highly suspicious and fraudulent portal.
Conclusion
solnhof.com is not a reliable online store to shop from. It has a poor trust score and as such not recommended by us. Customers who shop from this store would either receive a different cheap item or nothing at all.
Unreliable websites like this are not safe to shop from. This is because shopping from this store expose buyers to the risk of hacked credit card and overcharged fees.
If you you been ripped off by this store you should make a complaint to your bank and request for a chargeback immediately. It is also important that you change your credit card info or get another credit card.
It is true that online shopping has made life easier, however when ordering things online check out the following-
How old is the website? Does it provide return address? Are there customer reviews online? Do the social media icons work?
Always remember you can get the items from trusted sellers on Amazon, like the ones provided above. One of the advantages of shopping from amazon is the return policy. You can always return your items and get your money back if you are not satisfied with your order.

Solnhof IS a scam. I ordered & paid for a 3 bistro set for $99. I paid through PayPal. Minutes later I called the “contact #” which was a phone number scammed from a consumer. If you’d like to check for yourself, call the “contact” Tracy. Poor guy is inundated with phone calls & cannot use his own number for business or personal use any more. Also I looked up my “account” and there was a name there and phone # & said she would be shipped a “3 wheel bike” (that I certainly didn’t order or pay for). Everywhere you go on the website to contact Solnhof…it’s not Solnhof. They’ve also hot another scam company called UGANDHI. I called that contact person & it was a little old lady who said she keeps getting phone calls. Make sure to check out these companies before giving $. PayPal will not refund my $99 as I gave it willingly. Hoping this will help us all pay better attention. Please make sure to add information if you’ve been scammed by Solnhof or UGANDHI. And make sure you’re only giving information & money to legit businesses.
I ordered a Versa Cart from solnhof, it clicked on me that something was wrong when I didn’t get a confirmation email. I emailed the email address they had on there and no response.
I never received the product either
Solnhof is scam! I ordered an ukulele but never got it. I paid thru Paypal and their address was in China!
I claimed it to Paypal then I got a purchase protection. I guess Paypal tried to stop their account but they sent a fake shipping tracking number! I don’t know how they got it but it was delivered to someone who lived near me and a sender was Amazon. I assume they stole the tracking number and report it to Paypal to avoid their Paypal account to be banned.
I was already refunded by Paypal so I can’t report it anymore but THIS WEBSITE IS SCAM!
There are many “fly by night” websites that appear on the search results when doing Google searches for particular products. This website among others operate in a similar fashion. They get your payment information and then provide a false tracking number for another shipment that goes to another location. I ordered a 70 lbs portable air conditioner for $99.99 and got a tracking number for something that was delivered to a mailbox in another part of the country. Note that this model sells for around $700 on other retail websites. When I first placed the order, I got a call from Paypal to confirm that I was the actual person making the order to this seller. This rarely happens for just about all . of the Paypal transactions that I have completed. So something about this Paypal account must be suspicious about it. I filed a dispute with Paypal about non-receipt of the order. The dispute processing is expected to be completed in two weeks.
Again the lesson from this is that if something appears too good to be true, it probably is not true.
solnhof.com is 100% SCAM! Do not buy from them under any circumstances.
