So, you’ve seen all the beautiful clothes and jewelries advertised by Soolinen on social media. Really, the clothes look very cute and incredibly cheap (courtesy of numerous discounts)

But is Soolinen legit or a scam? Like, do they actually make good clothes? Do they ship fast or have a nice customer service team?

Soolinen.com is an online store selling linen clothes and accessories. Soolinen.com creates stylish dresses and outfits for plus-size people. They even offer a custom-make service for each customer. Also, They make clothes to suit your taste for you, and their designers come from China, Japan, France, Italy, and India.

My Honest Review of Soolinen Clothing

I got a Black Tulle Party Dress with an O-Neck, Cashmere sweater, and a vest. The delivery took longer than promised. When it finally arrived, the quality was a letdown. First of all, the clothes all looked poorly made from cheap fabric. Nothing like the exquisite photos displayed on Soolinen.com. (I think I should’ve expected that as the price was pretty low for such awesome design).

However, I think this is one way Soolinen scams buyers; use pictures of quality clothing to sell cheap knock off. The vest I received was in a different color, and when I chatted them up I was told it was a matter of lighting. The Black Tulle Party Dress was short instead of the long dress I saw on the website.

For the vest, they’ll give me a 10% refund to keep it. It’s a color I can’t wear, and it’s cheaply made; Or keep it and they’ll give me a 30% gift card which amounts to $15 from a company I do not trust. It’s basically impossible to return an item. So the refund policy is one big scam.

Soolinen is based in Wan Chai, Hong Kong. As a result of its location, shipping and delivery takes up to 25 business days or more if you live in Australia, Germany, France, and Italy. For US residents, it takes two to three weeks to get order.

Wrong Sizes, Synthetic Materials, and Color Mix-up

I ordered clothes from this company, and it’s a total mess. The sizes were way too big, the materials were cheap synthetics, and the colors were nothing like the pictures. They don’t even stick to their own return policy, which promises free returns if it’s their mistake.

SooLinen is a dubious clothing store that should not be trusted. My experience shopping from the store was terrible; received inferior clothes, wrong color, and to worsen it; I couldn’t get a refund.
