I like the fragrace that for sure however It didn’t foam when i sprayed it on the counter despite following the guidelines. Also it is a very poor cleaner. Didn’t clean even usual dirt from my oven.
I contacted customer service and was told they would credit back 50% of cost, and to just keep the product for other cleaning needs. I agreed, and they did put through the refund. Customer service is much better than the product itself.
