Toasty Heater is a portable heater that claims to heat up your spaces like rooms, workplace or your car instantly. They come in various types like electric, propane, ceramic, and infrared heaters. It is portable and pretty easy to use. But the question is Does it really work as advertised?
Testing The Toasty Electric Heater
I bought this eletric heater from Amazon and upon receiving my order, I was totally disappointed. First of all, the heater was made from cheap materials, and had an inscription on the body that says ‘Made In China’. When plugged in, it is quite noisy and feels like a hairdryer.
I placed it in my cabin which is approximately 25ft square metre but it was unable to heat the room. Just the small area surrounding it, and that was only after almost 30 minutes. So basically, the claims that it can heat up a 35ft Square metre room is false.
Honestly, the advertisement is false and deceptive. Toasty Heater can only warm you up if you sit very close to it, like one feet close. If you stay two or three feet away you wouldn’t feel any warmth

Is The Toasty Heater A Scam? Customer Reports
The Toasty heater is not a scam per say. However, it can only heat up the surrounding around it and not the entire room. Just like max and heat well heaters it is an ineffective heating solution. It can only heat let’s say up to 5ft sq which is the size of a store and is not suitable for very large rooms or areas with high ceilings. Lots of customers on Amazon and BBB complained of the product becoming defective after a month of use. A customer report said.
The heater worked well for a month, but it started to leak oil. Actually, it splashes oil all over. I wasn’t aware at first but started noticing some droplets on the floor around the heater. They kept appearing after I wipe them down. I thought they were melted snow droplets from my shoes but when I smelled the liquid, they smelled like gasoline. I started examining and the heater basically shoots oil as far as two feet.
