So, If you drove on the 73, 133, 241 and/or 261 toll roads in Southern California, or provided information to the operator of those toll roads between June 29, 2015, and May 27, 2021: , you may be entitled to a payment from one or two class action settlements. 

What Should You Do?

If you’ve used the aforementioned Toll roads between June 29 2015- May 27 2021, you have the option to opt out of, object to, or file a claim. The deadline to do so is Nov. 8, 2021.

How Much Will You Receive From The Toll Roads Class Action Settlement

If you have submitted valid claims you’ll receive cash benefits from the Settlement Fund of up to $15 per person. In addition, OCTA will provide $40 million worth of toll violation penalty forgiveness.

How To Make A Claim?

It is quite simple! If you’ve received a legal notice email, you should visit the website and file a claim. It is as simple as that. All you need is the Unique ID on the email you received.

The easiest way to file a claim is to use this Online portal. After signing up, you can opt to have the “check” mailed to you, rather than provide any bank account information. It also does not ask for SSN, so there’s no cause for alarm.

All claim forms must be filed online or postmarked by November 8, 2021
