Tundra Breeze AC Review: Scam Portable Air Conditioner? Find Out!
In case you’re thinking of ordering the Tundra Breeze AC, we advise you not to do so yet. A lot of things don’t add up about it, the company, and the reviews online.
Read this genuine review to find out why the Tundra Breeze portable air conditioner is not worth your money.
Tundra Breeze Air Cooler- Is It Worth It?
One of the reasons why this AC is the rave of the internet is because it is been sold for 50% discount. But when you dig beneath all the so called positive reviews online, you’d see that there are no genuine customer reviews.
The reviews online are sponsored reviews paid for by the company behind this product.
This was what led us to review this product. The online store offering this cheap portable Ac is offer.buybreezemaxx.com. They provide the following contact details-
- Address – 2345 Vauxhall Rd, Union, NJ 07083 United States of America
- Mail – [email protected]
- Phone- +1 (877) 821-0177
It is true that this website seems legit, however a lot of things don’t add up.
What You Should Know About Tundra Breeze Air Conditioner!
Though there are lots of positive reviews about this portable air conditioner, they are not telling you the exact truth about the product. Below are reasons why you shouldn’t think of buying Tundra Breeze Portable AC –
Does Not Cool The Air
The major problem we have with this product is that it is been advertised as an ‘Air cooler’ whereas it can not do the job of an AC. The Breeze Maxx is not an AC but a swamp cooler. It only humidify the air surrounding your feet, and can not work as an air cooler or regular fan.
Why?
It’s an evaporative cooler. It works with an ice tray which you have to fill with water, place in a refrigerator, before putting it inside the ‘Breeze Maxx’ This is what it uses to blow cool air. Unfortunately, this is not mentioned in the Ads online.
Overpriced
Another problem we have with this product is that it is been sold for extremely high prices. yourtundrabreeze.com is offering this ‘portable Air cooler unit’ for almost $90 whereas this exact compact swamp cooler can be gotten for far cheaper prices online.
On Amazon you can get similar ‘portable ac’ for 20$-50$ and save yourself more money and time.
No Customer Support
yourtundrabreeze.com provides customer service phone number, but when you try calling the numbers you would be put on Hold for a long time.
Negative History
We have reviewed similar product before, Blaux Portable AC, Polaire, Williston Force. Either called air conditioner or air cooler or portable AC, they all work the same way. And from these reviews, you’d see that the product was far from satisfactory. It didn’t meet the expectations of customers.
Fake Customer Reviews
During our investigation, we realized the positive reviews online, both that of Youtube and websites, are all fake. This is because when you order for the product, the wait time is 30 days. How come the reviewers have gotten theirs when this Ac is not yet up to 30 days online? We realized these reviewers are just affiliate marketers who get paid commission for any sale they make. So they are reviewing the product without even seeing it for starters.
Also, the reviews on Yourtundrabreeze.com are all unverifiable. They shouldn’t prompt you to make an order.
Tundra Breeze Customer Complaints
As of the time this review was written there are no genuine customer reviews online. This is because majority of those who ordered the Tundra Breeze Air Cooler have not received theirs yet. The product delivery time is between two to four weeks.
Yourtundrabreeze.com Review: Is It Legit?
We are skeptical about Tundra Breeze AC as there are a lot of red flags that shouldn’t be ignored. Have you shopped from yourtundrabreeze.com? What were your experiences? Please drop a comment!
Its a total scam. It’s essentially a fan. Im also finding it extremely hard to return. Do not buy it.
These are basically overpriced small fans with a water filter. They also leak when water is in them. They do not cool as advertised, just blow out a little air.
I am going to try to return them but so far have not received any response to my emails. Not sure this is a legitimate company.
Do not buy this tundra or breezemaxx. Never, never never. You’ll be very very dissappointed and disgusted. There website must be scrapped. It should not exist. You should not believe the review because it’s hoax. Bad bad worst fan. No body should buy it.
I purchased a Tundra Breeze AC unit on 6/1/2021. What arrived in the mail on 6/15/2021 WAS NOT THE ITEM PICTURED IN THE ADS. They sent me a cheap Chinese fan with a small water receptacle. When I called customer service to complain, they said this was the product they were selling. I then asked for a refund, which they said they will do “less a re-stocking fee”. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY !
HOW DID ANY OF YOU FALL FOR THIS STUPID ADVERT?!?!?! CAN’T YOU HEAR THAT THE PERSON IN THE ADVERT SOUNDS TO BE ABOUT 19 YEARS OLD, TALKING ABOUT HIS FAMILY BEGGING HIM TO BUY IT. AND SOME LITTLE SOB STORY ABOUT A POOR ORPHAN WHO DESIGNED THE UNIT?!?! COME ON PEOPLE, WAKE UP!!! STOP BEING STUPID!!! SWITCH OFF YOUR DEVICES AND TRY LIVING IN THE REAL WORLD IF YOU ARE FALLING FOR STUFF LIKE THIS!!! IF YOU LOST MONEY BUYING THIS…YOU DESERVE TO LOSE YOUR MONEY. CONSIDER IT AN INVESTMENT IN TEACHING YOU SOME COMMON SENSE!!!!!
This is absolutely a scam. You need a USB Port to charge it & then all you have is a little breeze. For these cheats to say it will freeze you & cool an entire room is a right out lie !!
This company is a ripoff. I have myself to blame in a way. Of course I purchased the two for deal. I bought them as gifts for two two friends and planned on giving them on our camping trip this weekend. Unfortunately, I packed them away when I moved and didn’t open the boxes until today, and I’m kicking myself. I thought I would charge them so they would be ready to go when we arrived at our campsite. To my surprise they were not what I ordered. The instructions show buttons to push, however, there are no buttons on the unit. My packing slip showed I had purchased the Tundra Breeze, but the box itself just said that it was an air cooler fan. Tundra Breeze is not even shown on the box. I’m normally not a very trusting person. Now I know why. I’m bringing back my motto.
“Trust no one.”
Well, I guess the teenager who supposedly designed this scheme was quite smart after-all; he actually designed a scam to make money from well-meaning people who don’t bother wearing their thinking hats. I bet he went and bought himself a nice LG portable AC and watching TV in comfort now!
