How Much Is The Settlement?
While UKG has not acknowledged any fault, it has reached a settlement of $6 million to resolve the class action lawsuit arising from the data breach.
According to the settlement terms, members of the class are eligible to receive compensation of up to $1,000 for typical damages associated with the data breach. Such as expenses related to communication, credit monitoring fees, bank charges, and a maximum of four hours of lost time valued at $25 per hour.
