My Experience using Unity Wireless Internet services

The internet service drops off randomly for no reason during the day while I was having important work calls. They recently undergo a migration and the migration was during working hours on a work day without any notice in advance. Customer service is always a long wait (I was the 20+ in the queue every time I called, I guess this is a good indication of poor network service).

I Never made a late payment but yet the service I received is below average. One of the customer service team said that they will provide me the outage credit but they never did. I think it is fair that I expect to receive premium service but sadly this is not the case.

Their terms and conditions are 50-60 pages long !
After scanning through for 15 minutes I finally found a sentence which read customer will have to pay $350 for cancelling the service. I do not recommend.
