Home damaged from hail and wind. USAA refused to pay for repairs. Their rates are good. Don’t plan on using them if you need them. Please heed the warnings here. Not better business accredited. 2,461 BBB complaints this year 2022. I work in a dealership and refuse service to anyone brandishing the USAA insurance card. I’m so sorry for the others that are suffering from this situation. I feel your pain.

I have tried since 11/28/2002 to 12/5/2002 to get a quote online and via the phone. The process repeats itself over and over. No human contact and apparently no humans monitoring the failing systems Windows 10 with Chrome Version 108.0.5359.95 (Official Build) (64-bit) .
