Who Is Eligible For The Varsity Brands Antitrust Settlement?
The settlement provides benefits to a Gym Class consisting of entities that made payments for registration, fees, and other expenses to Varsity in order to participate in Varsity All Star Events between May 26, 2016, and March 15, 2023.
The settlement also provides benefits to a Spectator Class of consumers who directly purchased admission and incurred other expenses while attending Varsity All Star Events between May 26, 2016, and March 15, 2023.
How Much Is The Settlement?
Members of the Spectator Class are eligible to receive a payment of $10 for each admission they acquired to attend Varsity All Star events. However, These class members have the option to claim up to 20 events, with a maximum payment amount of $200.
