This is a terrible company I have been trying for over a month to return items and they will not give me a return address or how to get a refund. The quality of the clothes is terrible and the print is blurry. I spent $200 and none of the items fit. I can’t get any response from customer support. I just want my money back. This company is a total scam. Items come from China and took over a month to get to me. DO NOT ORDER GROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Trying to return anything is impossible! They offer a small percentage if you keep the item. Items are of terrible quality and made in China. You have to pay your own shipping for returns back to China but they will not send you their return address. Whatever you have paid for your items, you have grossly overpaid for the poorest of poor quality. The sizes also do not fit the North American market. In my opinion Vchics has the worst business practices and are only interested to make a “fast buck” and run!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I am contacting my credit card company for a refund now. 😠😠😠

Have you noticed that the faces of some models in vchics website were cropped out? This indicates that the images are not originally from this store. They were stolen from another website. Hence, customers will receive low quality clothes quite different from the advertised ones on the website. This shouldn’t be overlooked.

Unrealistic Discounts:

The discounts on the variety of goods vchics com sells are too good to be true. In reality, no genuine store can do that not even on a Black Friday or Cyber Monday. Its unrealistic discounts are just tricks to lure and defraud unsuspecting customers.
