Additionally, individuals who rented a vehicle in California and received an initial correspondence from Viking within the period of January 11, 2018, to April 25, 2022, asserting a damage claim for a vehicle rented from Hertz, Dollar, or Thrifty will also benefit from the settlement.
How Much Is Settlement
The ultimate monetary compensation will be distributed as an individual share of the remaining settlement fund, limited to a maximum of $550 per person filing a claim.
