As a first-time user of Vivid Seats, I am now a LAST time user of Vivid Seat. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE – USE ANYONE EXCEPT VIVID SEATS or watch the event on TV. I am not surprised they have a 1 STAR of 5 STAR Rating.
