  1. I ordered a shoe shelf months ago. It never arrived. I complained and they sent me a fake tracking number. And it said it was already delivered, which is not true. I keep complaining via email. This person by the name of Fiona is ghosting me. I don’t know what else to do at this point. I may have to eat the $35 I spent. Their website is still up and running. I hope everyone reads this before considering buying any of their products.

    1. Just go to your bank and ask for a refund. I had a feeling it was a fraud but was in the mood to play games. Bought a show shelf and they sent a bracelet instead. I went through USPS to get the package details, relayed that to Waesce and then screenshot everything and sent it to PayPal. 100% scam. Stay away!

    2. Yeah me too I bought a shoe rack also and it gave me a whole log of shipping information and shipped it or says it shipped it to the wrong state when I looked on the tracking map it stated that it shipped it to Pennsylvania I called that post office there where it said the package was The package is not there. The tracking number is not a real tracking number. I’ve tried reaching out to Fiona as well and she told me that they are just the shipping. It is not her problem to find the package. I have to reach out to the company how can I reach out to the company when the company is not a real company , not happy about the dumb situation. I got myself into but yes I have been scammed and I to keep reaching out to Fiona and she is also ghosting me so you’re not the only one I feel bad for both of us and everybody else involved because it’s sad that there are so many crooked people out there just wanting to scam people for their money for a fake product

    3. I ordered a bookshelf for my daughter. It has never arrived. After contacting customer service “Fiona” , she said she it went missing and will ship another one. Guess what I received? a scarf! I emailed her again but no response this time. I contacted my credit card to open a claim.Be aware!!!!!!!

  2. I also ordered a Shoe rack a month and a half back for $58, but never received it. But their tracking took me to http://www.track718.us where it shows as delivered! Now after reading Michael’s post, I realized I was also sent a very cheap bracelet (which I received a week back)! I got scammed!! Plz Do not make the same mistake as me. **AVOID Waesce.com. IT IS A TOTAL FRAUD !!!**
