Bought an item 2 months ago , I have tracked it to York post office where it arrived 2 days ago! I ordered a parasol, tracking number was not mine according to post office, apparently dilivered somewhere 600 miles away. They said they posted another, same thing happened. They won’t offer a refund but will send another parasol
I have been a victim of this scam. They send a tracking number. You can’t see the address where it’s being sent. You only get a message saying delivered. When you contact your local post office, you find out it was delivered to another address and it’s not the item you ordered. I have sent multiple emails. They apologize and they say they are resending. It’s always the same thing that is repeated. Luckily I paid through PayPal and was able to get a refund.
I orded garden furniture in May! Have emailed, all I get is we are a small company! We will send out some more goods to you! If that was true it would be cheaper to give me my money back than repay postage
Definitely as scam website I placed an order almost 12 months ago with approximately 35+ emails & still never got the goods not very happy
