Purchased a greenhouse, no confirmation of purchase, no receipt, but payment taken from my bank but linked to another online company extrabutterny.com (has a web page for clothes but no idea if they are legit or not). It has been 10 days since purchase but no delivery. I have written to Mr Gonzales but no reply as of yet. It feels like a scam to me.

Same here purchased a greenhouse got no receipt or email nada.. So I canceled my CC and got a new one and informed my bank about this scam.. Guess what the payment went through more than I was charged at check out. But the payment was taken by a company called WonderBash.com they have NO phone number at all. I have never seen this company before in my life. Now I have to go through all the trouble of a dispute. I’m usually so careful My mistake. Best to get a new CC or they can scam you some more.

I too bought the greenhouse and paid an extra$15 to have it shipped sooner. This was April 27th. Ive emailed them and they said that they ship a lot of products from their warehouse and expect it to deliver soon. But still no greenhouse. I also purchased one of their message chairs. Still nothing and received three exact same email when I asked where my products were. Not too pleased with this company. Might call my bank about it tomorrow.

Well I can tell you I bought something and it has never arrived, they promised 3-7 days for delivery, I would really like the item, but after researching where it was/is… I have not been able to reach the company, the email address is bogus, the phone number has full voicemail and it sounds like it’s a personal voicemail not a business voicemail… I have filed a dispute with my bank and they are investigating and will contact me in 7-10 business days with what they have found! So this article is the real deal!!

There was an answer at the telephone number. It asked that I leave a message (but mailbox was full), so it gave me the option of sending a text, which I didn’t do. Maybe I will tomorrow. The location of the area code is Woodstock, IL. Somewhere in the body of the website, there was a U. K. reference.

Scam! I ordered 2 patio sets with the fire pit on the table. It’s been almost 2 months. Also paid for fast delivery. I got nothing but a charge of almost $400 on my credit card . They don’t answer emails or calls so, I guess I’m fkd!!!!

Yes that automated answer, although it dont make sense to your question, they are informing you that they are way too busy to answer. In other words be patient your money is being transferred safely to another untraceable account and by the time you inquire, noone will know who, what, when, where, why, and how it happened.

Omg, I’m glad I checked here before I went ahead with purchase. They have a really nice shed that sells over $1200.00+ dollars else where and these guys at yypplk have it listed for $130.00 I knew this couldn’t be true. I dont know why facebook is allowing scams on there site without checking the credentials. Freaken loosers.

Hi I had ordered outdoor furniture for$168 but they deducted $274.14, by the name Wonderbash Cousfrgn, sadly I have been busy and haven’t checked my account balance for a while. As it has been over 10 days as there is no email confirmation I started to doubt the order ever went through moreover the unusual company name deducted the money…..going to contact my bank tomorrow, very very annoyed.
Well this just sucks to decide to look it up after I made an order. At this point I’m just crossing my fingers that it really isn’t a scam but have a feeling deep inside that it is and I got scammed. It wasn’t until after I made my order and didn’t receive a confirmation email that I started getting suspicious, but by then it’s too late. It was a total impulse buy and normally I research everything before ordering and this one time I didn’t. FML.

I was too trusting, assuming an ad on FB wouldn’t be fraudulent. I thought it was so cheap because it was going to have me subscribe to something.
An ad for yypplk showed up in my Facebook news feed. I went and checked them out, and became immediately suspicious due to prices lower than cost. The fact that they came through my Facebook news feed has a tendency to give them credibility in the eyes of FB shoppers. Facebook needs to be responsible for vetting advertisers. I purchased the patio set over 15 days ago. I paid extra to have it delivered in 3-7 days. After 7 days I tried to call and got the same recording. I emailed them and actually got a response. They told me that they had a lot of orders and that my order should ship in 1-2 days after I place my order!!! That didn’t make any since because it had already been 7 days and the money came out of my bank the day I placed my order. I sent another email telling them if I didn’t hear anything by close of business today I was going to report them to the authorities and contact my bank. As of yet still nothing.

I’ve not purchased thru this particular website, but had ordered a bicycle a couple years ago from a similar looking site,no actual physical address, just a phone number with a full mail box,(which I found out only after getting ripped off),a email address for contact info. Never any reply back. I also hold FACEBOOK accountable for allowing false business to sell on their platform.

I wish I had read this first. It is a definite scam. I’ve tried to get information on my purchase, but no luck. My first red flag should have been that I never received and email confirmation. I recently had to lock my card because of an un-authorized purchase, which led me to investigate to see if there were other un-authorized charges. I came across the charge for my purchase looked to see that the purchase that was suppose to be for my raised garden was for a hair extension salon. Needles to say I’m on the phone waiting to dispute the charge with my card company

Im in Australia I also purchased a greenhouse – price was good, yes they debited my card for payment. gave an order number. and i tried to email them to get tracking, no reply for a few days then a robotic answer. if this is a real company then they suck, if they are a scam then we need the authorities to track them down. my feelings now after reading the reports we are all scammed, loss of our money, but i would like to get even, anyone in Canada, can someone go to their address, can the Canadian police track them down ??

We ordered a greenhouse in March. It’s never arrived and auto replies on email then a person said they would investigate and since that nothing. $150 was stolen from us. I’m low income & disabled, I cannot afford to loose money. I just want to have something to make me smile. FML
