ZQuiet Anti Snoring Mouthpiece Reviews (2024) Does It Stop Snoring? My Experience After 3 Weeks
ZQuiet is getting a lot of attention online because many people say it’s helped them stop snoring. It promises to tackle snoring and sleep apena. The truth is I’ve tried lots of similar devices like snore destroy but they didn’t live up to expectations.
I came across this product while looking for a cheap yet effective solution to stop snoring. Here is my review after use.
ZQuiet Anti Snoring Mouthpiece
ZQuiet is a mouthpiece that helps stop snoring by moving your jaw forward gently. It’s comfy to wear and lets you move your mouth naturally while you sleep. It fits everyone and lasts up to six months before needing a replacement.
Here are the Claims Made by ZQuiet Manufacturers
- The mouthpiece has been tested and approved by the FDA.
- Dentists recommend it for reducing snoring.
- It’s been featured on FOX and the Digital Journal.
- ZQuiet is made in the USA in an FDA-registered facility with strict quality control measures.
How ZQuiet Disappointed Me
I got this product from Amazon, wished I hadn’t. If you’re thinking of trying this, order it straight from the website. I gave it a shot, but after five nights, it was uncomfortable and I even took it out in my sleep. It’s not worth the $40 for a plastic device that hurts. Got sores from the rough edges on my gums.
I ordered it from the website, but then found it on Amazon for faster delivery. I tried to cancel, but it was already shipping. They refunded me, but now I have an extra one I won’t use. It’s frustrating they won’t take it back, especially since it’s not clear it’s non-refundable when ordering. Would have been better to wait and order from the website for the chance of a refund.
Pros
- Health experts say it’s safe.
- It’s safe and durable.
- Won’t bother your mouth.
- Stops snoring whether your mouth is open or closed.
- You can start using it right away.
Cons
- Only sold on the company’s website.
- Might cause jaw discomfort or drooling.
- ZQuite is not cheap at all
- Does not offer refunds
Does ZQuiet Anti-Snoring Device Work
It works but not 100%, First of all the ZQuiet mouthpiece claims to help with sleep apena but that’s not the case.
Secondly it really hurts your mouth. And I mean bad. It says right on the package that it’s not for sleep apnea and that it could loosen your teeth cause all kinds of teeth problems
I’m not happy with their return policies. Didn’t know at first that their main website offers returns, but not anywhere else they sell their products. I bought a mouth guard from them on a different website and I wore it for several days before I ended up with severe tooth pain, which is not a symptom ZQuiet has listed on the information booklet for their mouth guards. I spent over $40 for a mouth guard that’s just going into the trash because there’s no way I can tolerate the pain just to get a better night’s sleep.
Who Needs This Anti snoring device?
ZQuiet is for loud snorers who disturb their partner’s sleep. It’s comfortable, easy to use, and lets you breathe and move your jaw normally while sleeping. Plus, it’s FDA-approved and designed by dentists, so it’s safe and reliable.

- It’s flexible, so your jaw can move normally while you sleep.
- No need for any tricky setup – it’s ready to use right away.

Why I Don’t Recommend This Anti Snoring Device
I know people say it’s something that takes time to get used to, but I don’t think this is something I will ever adjust 100% to. Nor do I see how this is an ideal long-term solution for someone with moderate to severe sleep apnea. It’s the first route you take to combat sleep apnea & snoring, because it’s the cheapest & least invasive option to use. Long term, I don’t see how this is healthy for your teeth and gums. It definitely creates soreness to your bottom gums, teeth and jaw after wearing it several hours.
Other Natural Means To Reduce Snoring
- Sleep on your side
- Get enough sleep
- Raise the head of your bed
- Limit or avoid alcohol before bed
- Try to stop smoking, if you smoke
- Maintain a moderate weight
Final Words
Overall, I don’t like ZQuiet because I can see how it may not be a great option for lots of people. It’s not going to replace your CPAP but it does offer some support for lower risk sleep apnea patients
