It was formerly marketed under the name ‘Cloud bean’ by lots of shady websites like getcloudbean.com, shopcloudbean.com, etc. Online reviews indicate that the product was never delivered. After duping lots of buyers, it changed its name to Jumbo Bean and now to Comfy bean.
Too Good To Be True Prices
This store uses it low price as a bait to make you shop from them. The large comfy sack is listed at $49 with free shipping. Do you know the price of National shipping on an item of this size as well as the wool material used? There’s no way a large bean bag can be sold for that price, Black Friday deal or not!
Fake Contact Info!
The Telephone numbers listed on the website does not work. Same with the email address ‘ [email protected]’. This proves that the store is not genuine as there’s absolutely no way to contact Customer service.

I have been emailing back and forth with this company since the middle of December with the thought of it getting here for Christmas. I was told that because the TicTok video went viral they were delayed with shipping and it would go out the next week. The next week came and I got another excuse and was told again it will go out on Tuesday. Tuesday came and went no shipment info I then emailed them again and told them to cancel my order and send me back my money that I am no longer interested in their product. To the email that was received this morning asking me for my Email address that I used to purchase the product (the one they have been writing me on) and my name so that they can cancel the correct order. I replied with that information telling them that I would give a negative review and let people not to buy from this company. I hope that I see my money back from them soon. But I will never buy from this company again and you should stay far away from them too.
Your review sounds just like my experience. I am not kidding! I first ordered mine Dec. 5, 2022. I have a whole bunch of emails back and north from me to them and all the excuses why it didn’t come. Same here learn the hard way of that I need to just go to the actual company’s website and not order from ads for one thing it says they don’t ship to the US and another thing their prices are much higher.
Same thing happened to me. Sucks being a single parent with little income and companies like this literally steal what little I have. My daughter and I were sleeping on the floor and this would have helped so much. I hope they get what they have done to us back 10 fold. This was very cruel. All the money they have stole from people is a felony. I hope they get caught.
Same experience as those above. Was told shipping would be delayed a week since the ad & responses had gone viral. Emailed them and asked specific questions but always received a generic reply from “Michelle” which never answered my questions. Have emailed back and forth 15 times to date. Extremely infuriating, as I had purchased two for my daughters’ birthday and they were paid for but never delivered. I’m old enough to know better than to trust any ads on Facebook. Lesson learned.
